Jonathan graduated from Birmingham Medical School in 2012 having completed an intercalated BMedSci in 2010. During his intercalated degree he studied the protective effects of nitrite administration in a human forearm model of ischaemia reperfusion injury.
He is currently an academic foundation doctor in the East of England Deanery and is working part time with the CET on a systematic review evaluating the benefits of antifungal prophylaxis in organ transplant recipients
